LATAM Finance is BR Group’s real-estate co-investment platform. It gives investors direct access to premium real-estate assets in Latin America, sourced and operated by the group’s teams, within an optimised legal and tax framework.

A dedicated legal structure
Each operation is held in its own project company (SPV), backed by the group structure.
- Risk isolation: liability limited to contribution, one SPV per operation.
